Bridget and Sierra reached out to me a few months before their fall wedding. They unfortunately had to postpone their original destination wedding plans until 2021, but still wanted to get married on their original date. They had to keep it intimate because of COVID, and found the cutest little barn to hold their micro wedding. These two immediately became friends, we connected so incredibly well and I had so much fun photographing their intimate fall micro wedding.

I know with COVID wedding plans have been having people in all types of unique situations. Here is a little inspiration and hopefully sheds some light on how cutting that guest list and doing something more intimate can actually be a positive thing! Getting married isn’t about the guest count. Getting married is about your love and that is being celebrated whether there are 200 people or 2 people!
Bridget and Sierra inspired me in so many different ways on how they planned their micro wedding. They inspired me to change up some of my wedding plans. One of them was this private vow exchange during their first look. Instead of reading their vows in front of all of their guests, they chose to take a moment just the two of them and read them to each other. You can truly FEEL the love they have for each other, it warms my heart so much. I think this was my favorite moment during their micro wedding.
